Dr. Mikhila Wildey, a clinical psychologist based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, provides expert therapy services tailored specifically for couples. In addition to her advanced expertise in mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, she brings over ten years of focused experience dedicated exclusively to couples therapy.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Wildey is a tenured professor at Grand Valley State University, where she teaches and conducts research on romantic relationship dynamics. She is one of the few therapists in the state of Michigan who is simultaneously a clinical psychologist, university professor, and active couples researcher. This rare combination allows her to offer couples a highly specialized level of care that is difficult to find elsewhere.

To ensure the highest level of individual attention, Dr. Wildey maintains a deliberately limited caseload, working with only 4-5 couples per week. She welcomes couples from diverse backgrounds and typically has a waiting list due to her limited availability and high demand for her services.
